I love dancing and think it’s an amazing way for women to connect with their bodies positively. When I lived in NW London, I taught beginner-friendly dance classes with SOS Dance. I’m on a break now but will be back teaching soon!

In 2020, I lost my Dad to bowel cancer, and I’ve shared my grief journey openly. The support from my Instagram followers has been amazing. I’m passionate about mental health and going to therapy, and I believe in being authentic online.
